Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a key member of our clinical staff. As a Physical Therapist at SpineZone, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with musculoskeletal conditions, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment programs.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education on self-care techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress, adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and referring providers to ensure comprehensive delivery of services and quality patient care within our multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
  • Supervise and support Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Spinal Rehab Specialists (SRSs) in their roles, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist license from the state of California.
  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy or equivalent degree.
  • Valid CPR Certificate.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles, practices, standards, and techniques of physical therapy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Prior experience working in a physical therapy outpatient setting, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
