Your Role as a Senior Living Sales Advisor

In the capacity of a Senior Living Sales Advisor at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you will interact with potential residents and their families, providing essential information, conducting tours, and offering support throughout their decision-making journey. Your daily tasks will encompass delivering presentations, organizing events, and following up with inquiries to ensure outstanding customer service. Establishing relationships and recognizing the distinct needs of each individual will be crucial as you assist them in exploring the various living options available.

This position allows you to be proactive, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, essential for helping individuals discover their ideal senior living arrangements. Managing multiple responsibilities and maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic setting will be vital for success in this role.

Qualifications for a Senior Living Sales Advisor
  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is required.
  • Experience with senior adults or in the retirement housing sector is highly regarded.
