We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Poco Diablo Resort and Spa in Sedona, Arizona. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and spa facilities, including equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance programs.
Responsibilities:- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and facilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up painting, and minor furniture repair
- Change out light bulbs and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager
- Monitor energy conservation and perform repairs on plumbing, HVAC, and other equipment as needed
- Immediately follow up on any alarms to determine the exact location and cause, and report to the Front Desk with findings
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific
