A dynamic part-time job is available at the esteemed Lynch/van Otterloo YMCA, located in Marblehead, MA. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the well-being of the community.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Swim Instructor to join our aquatics team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching children and adults of all ages how to develop proper swimming techniques and skills through quality instruction.

As a leader in your field, you will lead groups or individuals in lessons following YUSA curriculum, assess the skill levels of all swimmers, and provide direction in maintaining the safety of the pool.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Current certifications in Lifeguard/Swim Instructor, Pro CPR, First Aid, and Oxygen, or willingness to obtain
