Job Summary:

The Lead Registered Nurse will be responsible for developing, leading, and holding accountable a team of Registered Nurses. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with a minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of Registered Nurses
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure performance metrics and overall store goals are met
  • Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections
  • Facilitate Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
  • Manage medical supply inventory and ordering processes
  • Document client visits via electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Participate in community outreach and off-site events
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting
  • Strong business acumen and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
