About the Role

At Feldman Automotive & Mark Wahlberg Automotive, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Collision Center Technician to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality repairs for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Determine and repair damaged parts, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure a perfect finish.
  • Communicate the status of repairs clearly to body shop management, keeping them informed of progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to obtain necessary parts, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Document all repairs performed, maintaining accurate records and adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Document all materials used, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to our high standards of safety and efficiency.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and your colleagues.
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations, including the disposal of hazardous waste, to ensure a safe and environmentally responsible work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Prior experience in a dealership setting is required, with a proven track record of success in collision repair.
  • Completion of a vocational program in automotive repair or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license, ensuring safe and reliable transportation to and from work.
