Job Title: Multifunctional Mechanic

We are seeking a highly skilled Multifunctional Mechanic to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of mechanical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including utilities and infrastructure, process waste and sanitary sewer systems, steam distribution systems, compressed air distribution systems, and fire protection systems.
  • Operate and maintain boiler room equipment, including boilers and HVAC systems.
  • Perform electrical system maintenance, including motor control and motors.
  • Participate in all job-related safety training and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Vocational or high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of five years of experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing facility.
  • Black seal boiler operator license or ability to obtain within one year.
  • Knowledge of rigging principles, industrial plumbing, and process equipment operation and repair.
  • Basic industrial machining, welding, and fabrication skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English and communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
  • Ability to work in high temperatures and lift, work from ladders, scaffolds, and roofs.
