About the Role

As an occupational therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with our team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists to provide high-quality care and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas that require attention.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
  • Provide therapy interventions using established treatment protocols and techniques.
  • Establish individualized care and discharge plans, ensuring effective communication with relevant parties.
  • Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines.
  • Supervise assigned assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Master's Degree preferred.
  • One year occupational therapy experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
  • Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice required.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
