Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Specialist to work with our team in Charlotte, NC.


This role requires prior experience with HVAC systems and a strong understanding of mechanical equipment and systems.


Responsibilities

  • Plan, analyze, and complete projects and activities in a timely manner.
  • Install and maintain mechanical equipment and systems using a variety of hand tools.
  • Ensure adherence to internal contracting processes and manage assigned inventory and company equipment.
  • Generate sales leads and forward to appropriate personnel, and document work and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate and interact with customers and their representatives.

Ideal Qualifications

  • An associate's degree or equivalent with five years of experience installing HVAC systems, or seven years of field experience in HVAC.
  • Basic language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities are required.
  • A valid driver's license and Universal Refrigerant Certification are necessary.

Shifts

  • 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM-10:00 PM ($1/hour shift differential) Work is primarily conducted in-shop with minimal travel (less than 10%, no overnights).

  • Up to $30/hour
