Role SummaryThe Overnight Client Services Representative plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive personalized attention and support, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Building strong relationships with clients and internal team members is essential to this position.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with their check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide support and answer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Guide clients through the admission process for their pets, discussing financial options and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records.
- Communicate any special requests or concerns from clients to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address client questions.
- Ensure the hospital's appearance is maintained to high standards.
- Handle documentation, including record requests and insurance inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
- Support the CSR Lead as needed.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, with proficiency in managing multi-line phone systems and client interactions.
- Familiarity with veterinary software such as EzyVet and Vet Radar is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication and listening skills.
- Critical thinking skills with a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in an active work environment.
- This is a full-time overnight position.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
