We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Premier Health. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our Medical/Surgical Unit.
Key Responsibilities- Administer patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities and contribute to the implementation of patient care.
- Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.
- Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support that directly impacts patient outcomes and care provided to patients, families, and significant others.
- Diploma Program in Practical Nursing
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Certified to administer medications
- Preferred: IV Certification
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong organization skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
