Job Description

Neighborhood Association is seeking a Community Development Lead to oversee the daily operations of its Transitional Housing Program. This position requires a highly skilled individual who can manage the program's financial budget, grants, and other funding sources, as well as supervise staff and represent the organization in the external community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Supervision: Provide leadership and team management to staff, balance competing priorities, and make independent judgments and decisions.
  • Financial Management: Manage the program's financial budget, grants, and other funding sources.
  • Representation: Represent the organization in the external community, participate in conferences, and ensure policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of programmatic knowledge and experience.
  • Master's Degree in Behavioral Science with five years of programmatic knowledge and experience.
  • MSW Master's Degree with three years programmatic knowledge and experience.
  • LCSW or License Psychologist with administrative programmatic knowledge and experience.
Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
