About the Role

Olive Tree Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at an apartment community in the Dundalk Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete resident work orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform apartment turnovers, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and quality.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance calls after hours, providing prompt and effective solutions.
  • Conduct routine HVAC maintenance to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines when performing duties.
  • Participate in other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in drywall repair and finishing is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair is necessary.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, withstanding the physical demands of the position.
  • Basic English language proficiency in reading and writing is required.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary.
  • Reliable transportation for work purposes is required.
  • A post-offer background check and pre-employment drug screening are mandatory.
