Insurance Compliance Data Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of regulatory compliance reporting systems, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and technical skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and improve overall workflow efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, incorporating domain knowledge and technical expertise.
- Analyze and report data insights to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
- Design and implement ETL workflows, working closely with Data Engineers to optimize data delivery.
Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 4+ years in data analysis within Property & Casualty Insurance industry, with a focus on regulatory compliance reporting.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance operations, including policy administration and claims processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, data profiling, and data modeling. Experience with data engineering tools and cloud-based platforms beneficial.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
