  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide seamless care coordination and referrals to community resources.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and self-care strategies.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mental health, social work, counseling, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP).
  • Five years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on mental health/substance use disorders.
  • Demonstrated success as a clinical supervisor, with experience in crisis intervention, trauma, and integrative therapies.
