  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available for production.
  • Reporting: Complete daily production reports and provide regular updates to plant management.
Working Conditions

The Production Supervisor - Hides will work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

Requirements
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years proven supervisory experience in the beef industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Relationships

The Production Supervisor - Hides will work closely with production employees, plant management, and external partners such as the USDA and Union.
