About the Team

The Payroll processing team at Rippling handles all payments, banking, accounting, and reporting-related business logic in Global payroll. This includes ensuring the right amount is paid to each employee at the right time. Our team also manages core payment adjustment infra like rollovers and credits, supports different payment methods like bank transfer, bank file, skipping payments, and provides access to payroll & payments data via pay stubs, accounting integration, payroll journals, and debit summaries.

  • Owning and driving initiatives to develop new product functionality and improve existing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Driving process and system enhancements to optimize team efficiency.
  • Contributing to the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements and Compensation

To excel in this role, you will need 3+ years of professional experience, preferably with Python, Go, Django, MongoDB, Postgres, AWS. Additionally, you should have 1+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React framework. Your strong grasp of computer science fundamentals and ability to manage the complete project lifecycle will serve as the foundation for your success.

The estimated salary for this role is $112,200-$196,350 per year (US San Francisco Bay Area). You can also expect a competitive compensation package (salary + equity), medical benefits, and other perks outlined below.
