Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Convivial Life. As a Caregiver, you will provide direct personal services for residents, fostering their independence and freedom of choice.

Essential Functions
  • Perform personal care activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, to ensure residents' comfort and dignity.
  • Assist with household services, such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide medication reminders and limited assistance with medication management, under the direction of the Club Care Manager, RN.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, to ensure residents' health and well-being.
  • Report any observed or reported changes in residents' condition and/or needs to the Club Care Manager, Registered Nurse.
  • Document care provided and complete forms required for residents' records.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, current and in good standing with the Florida Department of Health.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • One or more years of related experience and/or training in geriatrics in long-term care, home health, or other healthcare settings.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
