Job Title: Outpatient Physical Therapist

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in our outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal physical function and mobility.
  • Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapy, to patients of all ages.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Conduct patient education and training on proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a hospital or outpatient setting.
  • Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and modalities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
