PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Summer Analyst internship is an immersive program designed to provide hands-on experience in the field of investment banking. Key aspects of the program include:
- Collaboration with Full-Time Analysts and Associates to conduct intricate financial analyses focused on mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and fairness opinions.
- Participation in small deal teams alongside senior members to analyze and execute transactions related to mergers and acquisitions and principal investments.
- Opportunities to engage directly with clients, performing financial modeling and valuation analyses.
- Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the following sectors: Business Services, Healthcare Services, or Industrials.
- We seek individuals with diverse backgrounds who are creative, highly motivated, and possess strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with an expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
- Exemplary academic performance, with a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
- Candidates must not require future sponsorship.
Compensation:
The base compensation for this role starts at an annualized rate of $110,000.
