We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Store Cleaning Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a Store Cleaning Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor, including dusting, polishing, and cleaning fixtures and equipment.
- Participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store, including restrooms, stockrooms, and back offices.
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards, ensuring that our store is secure and compliant with company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a retail or cleaning environment preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
