We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to serve as our Branch Manager at Northwest Respiratory Services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory care and a proven track record of leadership and customer service.

As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.

You will also be responsible for providing clinical guidance and support to our customers and staff, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a National Board for Respiratory Care Registration or Certification, a current License in the state of Branch location, and the ability to pass a motor vehicle records check, drug test, and DOT physical.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability insurance, 401K, and employer-paid life insurance.

Additionally, we provide paid training, including help to obtain a Class C CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.

Job duties include delivering, setting up, and providing instruction of home medical equipment, providing client follow-up visits, serving as a clinical resource, assigning work schedules, and conducting performance evaluations.

Qualifications include strong interpersonal skills, customer service skills, and a desire to work with the public and help others obtain a better quality of life.
