Room Attendant Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Room Attendant to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn- Laramie. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
  • Restock rooms with clean linen, bedding, and towels
  • Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings
  • Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team player
  • Ability to exceed expectations of guests
  • Knowledge of cleanliness standards
