Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a House Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services to our residential clients, ensuring their homes are clean, organized, and comfortable.
Responsibilities
- Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro's 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
- Perform interior cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
- Scrub and sanitize all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
- Dust and clean all surfaces, including ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
- Organize and stage homes to make them look their best.
Requirements
- No prior cleaning experience required; we will train you.
- Must live within 30 miles of Laurel Park.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Punctual and reliable with strong time management.
- Detail-oriented and able to make things look good and shine.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Willing to work in homes that have pets.
