Staff RN Blood and Marrow Transplant Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Blood and Marrow Transplant team at OhioHealth. As a Staff RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing blood and marrow transplants, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients and families to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
• Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-management of their care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio (Required)
• BLS certification (Required)
• American Heart Association (AHA) certification (Required)
• 0 years of experience in a hospital setting (Preferred)
