The Float Nurse is responsible for evaluating, directing, and coordinating patient care and procedures in a proficient, compassionate, and timely manner, tailored to the age and needs of the patients.
This essential role will support the entire nursing department, allowing you to utilize your comprehensive nursing skills to provide exceptional, empathetic care for patients and their families.
Additionally, this position offers a complete benefits package, Float Differential, and a schedule that requires working only every fourth weekend.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current Registered Nurse license in New York.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in critical care settings.
