Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize manual and mechanical methods to clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with health standards.
  • Organize and store clean kitchen items and utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including equipment and floors, while ensuring an orderly storage of kitchen wares.
  • Manage waste disposal from the dish area, ensuring proper sanitation of garbage receptacles.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
  • No prior experience necessary; we welcome all applicants.

Physical Demands

  • Must be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and reaching above and below head height.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, with occasional equipment movement.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and damp conditions.
