Estimated Annual Salary: $43,500 - $60,000
Job Description:
As a Lot Porter, you will play a critical role in supporting service operations and customer satisfaction by preparing and presenting vehicles in a clean and orderly manner. Your responsibilities will include assisting the Service Department in maintaining, preparing, and delivering trucks for customers, connecting with customers in a timely and professional manner, and performing building maintenance tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a valid CDL and familiarity with basic commercial vehicle operations, safety, and maintenance protocols. You will also need to be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer experiences.

Work Environment:
As a Lot Porter, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a moderate to loud noise level and be exposed to outside elements, including extreme temperatures. You will also be required to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and use your arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull, or squeeze.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this role include lifting and/or moving up to 75 pounds, specific vision abilities, and the ability to adjust focus. You will also be required to use your arms, hands, and fingers to feel, grasp, push, pull, or squeeze, and stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Education & Essential Qualifications:
- Familiarity and practical experience working with basic commercial vehicle operations, safety, and maintenance protocol/procedures.
- Valid CDL.
