Job Description

The First Mate/Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the yacht's mechanical systems, attending to guests' needs, and ensuring the safe operation of the vessel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or a related field, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems on the yacht
  • Safe operation of the vessel
  • Attending to guests' needs and providing exceptional customer service
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be $90,000 per annum. We also offer a range of benefits, including living accommodations on board and opportunities for career growth and development.
