Amada Senior Care is seeking dedicated, compassionate, and dependable caregivers to join our esteemed team. Our caregivers are essential to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to our clients.

Position Overview:

We are currently looking for a caregiver to assist clients in the Long Branch area. The schedule is flexible, with shifts available from Tuesday to Friday, either from 9 AM to 1 PM or 10 AM to 2 PM.

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, incontinence care, and feeding.
  • Support clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) including shopping, housekeeping, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Adhere to each client's personalized Care Plan.

Qualifications:

  • Active State License: CNA or HCA is required.
  • Nurse Delegation is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of one year of caregiver experience is highly preferred.
  • Ability to lift and assist clients using proper body mechanics.
  • Valid Driver's License and proof of current auto insurance are required.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Must pass a criminal background and fingerprint check as mandated by state law.
  • Effective communication skills with seniors are necessary.
  • Dependability and reliability are crucial traits.
