**Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Technologist Role**

At Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Equipment Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our field service operations, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing medical imaging equipment. Your strong technical expertise and excellent customer relations skills will ensure seamless interactions with our clients and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Install medical imaging equipment effectively and efficiently, adhering to established standards and specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diagnostic imaging equipment, utilizing advanced electronics and technical knowledge.
  • Prepare and manage work orders, parts orders, and administrative paperwork, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and resolving technical issues.

**Requirements:**

  • Associate's degree in Electronics Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • Advanced electronics experience and field service background, preferably in medical imaging equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
