The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves working with internal and external customers to identify patients appropriate for admission to the Behavioral Health Unit. Conducting a crisis assessment is a key responsibility, as identified in the essential job-specific functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, with experience in Behavioral Health and Psychiatry.
  • Bachelor's/Associates Degree in Nursing, pending state requirements.
  • Current independent practice scope licensure in the state of practice (LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC, LPC-A, LPCP, LCSW, LMSW, RN, or LPN).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a psychiatric setting.
