Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Educational Technicians (Ed Techs) in our Early Childhood Services Program.


As an Ed Tech, you will work directly with children ages 3-5 who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in our therapeutic preschool environment. With oversight, training, and instruction from the classroom Lead Teacher, you will apply evidence-based practices and interventions to support young learners in developing foundational skills that promote achievement of life-long goals and independence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-to-one with children in a therapeutic preschool setting
  • Apply evidence-based practices and interventions to support child development
  • Collaborate with the classroom Lead Teacher to develop and implement individualized plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • Ed Tech I: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Ed Tech II: Minimum of 60 college credits (Associates Degree in a related field preferred)
  • Ed Tech III: Minimum of 90 college credits (Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred)
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Personal vehicle and current valid auto insurance
