About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Retail Operations to lead our retail stores and teams. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of our retail stores, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.
  • Lead and manage a team of retail store managers and associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing sales.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
