Job Title: Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. As an ER Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating patients, collaborating with the ER team, and ensuring efficient delivery of emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions in a fast-paced emergency room setting.
• Administer medications, perform procedures, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and changes in condition, adjusting care plans as necessary to address emergent needs.
• Advocate for patients' needs and coordinate care transitions, including admissions to inpatient units or referrals to specialty services.
• Educate patients and their families on post-emergency care instructions, follow-up appointments, and community resources for ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
• Two years of recent ER RN experience
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
