Job Summary

As a Network Engineer at Diverse Lynx LLC, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. This includes managing network devices, monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, and collaborating with vendors to resolve internet circuit issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network issues, including transmission slowdowns and congestion, malfunctions, and abnormalities.
  • Configure and manage Aruba NAC or equivalent tools to remotely detect and troubleshoot WLAN interference.
  • Support WLAN controllers and troubleshoot AP issues.
  • Manage issues with stores related to network devices and collaborate with vendors to resolve internet circuit issues.
  • Engage Aruba support for SDWAN environmental issues and configure and administer access points from controllers.
  • Troubleshoot device alerts, UP-Down alerts, Utilization alerts, Power issues, Performance alerts, WIFI Client disconnection issues, and Radius authentication issues.
  • Manage lightweight access points for controllers and work on alarms, coordinating with vendors.
  • Provide Firewall Support, including whitelisting IP, OS upgrades, and Active Standby for Palo Alto.
  • Manage Firewall Policy, including grouping access to the system, role-based access, and Identity Access Management policy.
