Join Our Team as a PRN Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at Independence Rehab. As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing top-quality care to our patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with Independence Rehab, you will be responsible for maximizing each patient's functional independence to safely discharge them to the next level of care. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treating clinically complex patients with a focus on adaptive ADL re-training
  • Providing proficient transfers and ensuring patient safety
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participating in competency training and professional development opportunities
What We Offer

We offer a flexible and autonomous work environment, with no specific number of hours required to maintain employment. Our facilities are located near Cherry Ridge of Cascadia, providing opportunities for additional PRN hours as desired.

We value a therapist who has worked at least one year in a skilled nursing facility, but we are also open to considering caring and passionate licensed therapists who enjoy working with the geriatric population.
