    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' speech and language skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Therapy and Intervention
    • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address students' speech and language needs.
    • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to support students' progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
    • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
    • Provide regular progress reports to parents and educators.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • California State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
    • ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators.
