Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Worker to join our team at Universal Maintenance. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our commercial properties in the Sacramento area.


As a Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment
  • Conducting inspections to identify potential issues and taking corrective action
  • Responding to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Providing excellent customer service to property managers and tenants
