Job Summary

The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients, residents, and staff at Lawrence Healthcare facilities. This includes mopping, disinfecting, and managing hazardous waste, as well as practicing good infection control procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Perform mopping, disinfecting, and other cleaning tasks as assigned
  • Manage hazardous waste and maintain a safe working environment
  • Practice good infection control procedures and follow proper protocols
  • Float between two shifts: 5:00AM-1:30PM and 10:00AM-6:30PM
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to read, write, and follow directions
  • Janitor experience in a healthcare setting preferred
