We are seeking a diligent and energetic Night Porter to join our team at Solista Senior Living by Cogir North Carolina.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, including empty apartments, common areas, and outside spaces.
Key responsibilities include operating floor cleaning machines, washing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping all areas of the establishment.
The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping experience and a general maintenance skillset, including drywall repair and texturing, carpentry, painting, and floor care.
