We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AdventHealth Ocala. As a Seasonal Contract Registered Nurse ICU Cardiology, you will be responsible for providing direct care to patients on an assigned unit using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and analyze the health status of patients in assigned nursing unit in a comprehensive manner.
- Develop and implement individualized patient plans of care based on assessment data.
- Direct, implement, and coordinate patient care activities on assigned unit to ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide patient education based on assessed needs and evaluate understanding.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- At least two years' relevant experience.
- Current FL RN License.
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
