Your professional insights will guide curriculum development and play a key role in holistic patient treatment strategies.
You will apply your understanding of developmental milestones to customize educational approaches for various age groups, ensuring that each patient benefits from tailored and effective learning experiences. As a Clinical Learning Facilitator, you will be responsible for crafting comprehensive lesson plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a consistent supply of suitable instructional materials.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond the classroom, as you will engage in case management activities and uphold a safe and hygienic environment for all individuals. Qualifications
SKILLS: Strong organizational, verbal, and interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in personal computer operations, including software such as Windows, Word, and Excel, is required. Ability to maintain confidentiality and establish effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and regulatory bodies is crucial. You should possess the ability to exercise professional judgment in planning your work, making recommendations, and reaching decisions. A solid understanding of state and federal educational regulations is also necessary. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION : A Master's degree in Special Education or a Bachelor's degree in a human services field, along with enrollment in a special education licensure program at an accredited institution. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: A valid Colorado Department of Education Teaching Certificate with an endorsement in affective needs, or eligibility for emergency licensure/TTE. STAFF DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS : Compliance with hospital and regulatory agency training standards is mandatory. EXPOSURE CATEGORY: IInvolves tasks that may expose you to blood, body fluids, or tissues.
