MRI Technologist

We are seeking a skilled MRI technologist to join our team at Elliot Health. As a diagnostic imaging specialist, you will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance procedures and related techniques to produce high-quality images for diagnosis.
Responsibilities- Perform magnetic resonance procedures based on established protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring accurate and safe procedures.
- Operate MRI equipment, computers, and other technology to produce high-quality images.
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintain knowledge of MRI equipment, computers, and other technology to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
- Clinical experience in diagnostic imaging modality.
- Completion of an approved MRI education program or certification by the ARRT in Radiology, Radiation Therapy, or Nuclear Medicine.
- Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy licensure.
- MRI Registry with ARRT within 36 months of employment.
