Job Title: Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Critical Connection in Conyers, GA.

Job Summary:

This is a contract, temporary position for a Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic physical therapy and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine patient needs
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Masters or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
  • Current CPR certification
