Job Summary

As a Private Duty Nursing professional, you will work one-on-one with patients to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and vital sign monitoring
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current LPN/RN license
  • Experience in private duty nursing or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
