Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of hotel equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure the hotel's systems and equipment are functioning properly.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to high safety standards.
  • Assist with the maintenance of hotel facilities, including the car park and pool.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure the hotel's maintenance needs are met.
Requirements
  • At least one year of maintenance or repair work experience.
  • High school diploma or related vocational training.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and building management software.
  • Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrics, and preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred but not required.
