Physical Therapist-Pelvic Health Specialist

Select Medical is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist-Pelvic Health Specialist to join our team at our Clinton, CT outpatient pelvic health physical therapy center. As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients, providing preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote well-being.
Responsibilities- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients with pelvic health and general orthopedic needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient-specific goals.
- Collaborate with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in facility meetings and maintain open communication with co-workers, patients, and family members.
- Graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid State Physical Therapy License/Registration required.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts.
- CPR certification required.
