  • Develop and execute testing scenarios, plans, and scripts in partnership with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing production support by creating essential artifacts such as data models, data mappings, and knowledge base articles.
  • Contribute to the establishment of project-related policies and procedures, including the development of end-user training materials.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of ERP processes across one or more functional domains (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Order Management, Sales and Distribution, Quality Management, Inventory, Master Data Management).
  • Proficient in designing and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne features and tools.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in business analytics and system design analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in supporting ERP systems, particularly JD Edwards EnterpriseOne or similar ERP solutions.
