Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of clinical programs that optimize medication use and improve member health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for clinical program development and implementation.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals on clinical program development and implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical research and guidelines to inform clinical program development and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD or RPh) from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
  • Active, unrestricted pharmacy licensure.
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) certification preferred.
  • Strong delegation and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience in clinical program development and implementation.
  • Three years' experience in pharmacy benefits management.
  • Understanding of managed care and ability to generate insights into the business.
